Privacy Policy

Overview
Systema AI ("the Plugin") is a Figma plugin that helps designers generate component documentation. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how it is used.
Data & Privacy
When you first use the Plugin, it generates a random UUID and stores it locally in Figma's clientStorage. This identifier is not linked to your name, email, or Figma account. It is used solely to track your plan status on our backend.
When you generate documentation, the Plugin reads component metadata from your Figma file (component name, variant properties, layer structure) and sends it to our server to produce content via AI. This data is processed transiently and is not stored after the response is returned.
We do not collect your name, email, Figma account details, payment information, or any data from your Figma files beyond the selected component. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except as described in Third-Party Services below. We do not track your activity across other websites or apps.
Third-Party Services
OpenAI. Component metadata is sent to OpenAI's API to generate documentation text: openai.com/privacy
Lemon Squeezy. Paid subscriptions are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Payment data is collected and processed by them, not by us: lemonsqueezy.com/privacy
Vercel. Our backend runs on Vercel. Anonymous usage data (UUID, plan type) is stored on their infrastructure: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy
Your Data and Rights
You have the right to access or request deletion of your data. Since we only store an anonymous UUID with no personal information attached, clearing the plugin data in Figma will reset your local identifier — the backend record will no longer be associated with any active user.
Plan and usage data is retained as long as the plugin remains in use.
Cookies and Tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics, or any tracking tools.
